1. Responsible Civic Mindset

By using CleanTheToilet, citizens commit to responsible civic action. The purpose of this platform is to help others live together in a clean, healthy, dignified environment by reporting genuine public toilet issues.

2. Truthful Photo Evidence

Users agree to photograph real public sanitation facilities or maintenance problems. Submitting fabricated, deceptive, or unrelated images is strictly prohibited.

3. Municipal Complaint Dispatch

Submissions automatically dispatch dual notices to the local Municipal Commissioner and District Collectorate based on GPS location. Municipalities can email completion proof to shanupraveen6@gmail.com to update report status to COMPLETED.
